ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Einsatzkommando Finnland

Einsatzkommando is a German word that means a group of people sent on a special mission. During World War II, the Nazis had a group called Einsatzkommando that was sent to different countries to capture or kill people who they did not like, like Jewish people, Romani people, and people with disabilities.

In Finland, some people joined this group and helped the Nazis hunt down these groups of people. This was very bad because it is wrong to hurt or kill people just because of who they are or what they believe in.

We must learn from history and make sure that we never let something like this happen again. We must always treat everyone with kindness and respect, no matter where they come from or what they believe in.
