Election agent

Okay kiddo, an election agent is someone who helps a person who wants to run for an important job called an elected position. This means they have to be voted into the job by the people who live in the area where they want to work.

The election agent helps the person who wants to run for the job by doing things like setting up meetings with the people who can vote for them, making posters and flyers to tell people about the person running, and helping to organize events where the candidate can talk to people and answer their questions.

The election agent also makes sure that everything is done correctly and fairly during the election. They make sure that people who are voting are allowed to vote, that the votes are counted correctly, and that nobody cheats or does anything bad during the process.

So basically, an election agent is like a helper who makes sure that the person running for the job has everything they need to do a good job, and also that the election itself is a fair and honest process.
