Electronic circuit design is like putting together a really big Lego set. You start with different pieces that you need for your circuit (this could be things like switches and batteries) and then you connect them together in a way that makes sense. For example, if you want a light to turn on, you would connect the switch to the battery and the lightbulb. All the pieces are connected together by wires. When the switch is turned on, the electricity from the battery will flow through the wires and turn on the light.
