Elf-arrow

An elf-arrow is a special kind of arrow that people used to believe was used by elves or fairies. Some people thought that if an elf or fairy was angry with someone, they would shoot an elf-arrow at them to cause them harm.

However, nowadays we know that elf-arrows are actually just ancient stone arrowheads that were made by people who lived a long time ago. These arrowheads were made out of materials like flint or chert, and were used for hunting or fighting.

People might have called them "elf-arrows" because they didn't know who had made them. They might have thought that only magical creatures like elves or fairies could make something so beautiful and precise. But now we understand that humans made them with their own skills and tools.

So even though we don't believe in magical creatures like elves or fairies anymore, we can still appreciate the beauty and craftsmanship of these ancient arrowheads, and the skill that it took to create them.
