Embarrassingly parallel

Embarrassingly parallel is a type of problem where lots of things can be done at the same time. It's called embarrassingly parallel because it's thought of as very easy. Imagine if you wanted to paint a house. You could go buy lots of paint and hire lots of people to all paint different parts of the house at the same time. This would be an example of an embarrassingly parallel problem.
