ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Embedded controller

An embedded controller is like a tiny brain that controls something like a toy or a machine. Just like how our brain controls our body, the embedded controller controls how the toy or the machine works.

Think about a remote control car that moves forward, backward, left and right when you press buttons on the remote. The embedded controller inside the car receives signals from the remote control and then tells the wheels and other parts inside the car what to do.

The embedded controller is made up of small computer chips and circuits that use programming to control the device it's attached to. This means that the toy or the machine can work in a very specific and controlled way. For example, if the toy is a robot, the embedded controller can tell the robot to move its arms or legs, or even speak.

Overall, an embedded controller is a small computer that is designed to control a specific device or machine, just like how our brain controls our body.
