ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Enhanced indexing

Enhanced indexing is like a game you play on the stock market. You pick stocks, or companies, and try to beat the stock market average. You do this by picking stocks that you think will go up in value and not others that will go down. You use different strategies, like analyzing the company’s past performance and the news affecting it, to try and pick the stocks that will do better than the average. You try to do better than the stock market’s average by making more money with your stock picks.
