Environmental Risk Management Authority

Environmental Risk Management Authority (ERMA) is a group of people in charge of helping to protect the environment. They come up with laws and regulations that help to keep the environment safe. For example, they might create rules that require companies to limit how much pollution they put into the air, or how much water they use from rivers. They might also create rules that require companies to be more careful about how they dispose of their waste materials. ERMA also provides information about environmental health issues so that people can make sure they are living in a safe environment.
