ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Epiphany (feeling)

Hello little one, do you know that sometimes we get moments where we suddenly understand something in a really deep way? We call that feeling an epiphany. It's like a "light bulb moment" where everything just clicks and we have an "ah-ha" realization.

Let me give you an example. Imagine you're trying to solve a tough homework problem that you just can't get your head around. You keep staring at it, trying different approaches, and maybe even taking a break to play outside for a while. Suddenly, while you're playing, a solution pops into your head and you realize exactly how to solve the problem. That feeling you get, where everything seems to make sense and you're excited about the answer? That's an epiphany! It's like a little burst of understanding and joy all at once.

Epiphanies can happen about all sorts of things, not just homework problems. Sometimes we have them about our relationships, our hobbies, or even just our own emotions. They're little "Eureka!" moments that help us learn and grow.
