Eric Trist

Eric Trist was a psychologist and an pioneer in the field of organizational psychology. He studied how people worked in groups, and developed his own model of how people interacted in a team. He believed that teams were most successful when they had a leader who could guide the group, and that the members of the team should be committed and have clear goals. He helped to create team work models that are still used today in many different types of businesses.
