Error catastrophe

Error catastrophe is like when you make a mistake, but then it makes it harder to fix the mistake and then you make more mistakes because it's hard to fix the first one. So you keep making more and more mistakes, like a chain reaction, and then it's way harder to get back on track and make things right.
