Eucharistic adoration

Eucharistic adoration is when people come to visit and pray in front of a special piece of bread called the Eucharist, which they believe is really Jesus. They put the bread in a fancy container called a monstrance and put it on a special table called an altar. People can go to the church or chapel where the Eucharist is and spend time with Jesus by themselves or with others. Sometimes they say prayers, sing songs, or just think about Jesus. It's a way to show love and respect for Jesus and to thank Him for being with us always.
