European Peace Marches

Okay kiddo, there are some people in Europe who don't want fighting or war. So, they have decided to walk together in something called a "peace march." Imagine walking with your friends and family on a long journey, but instead of just having fun or rushing to get there, everyone is doing it to spread a message of peace and love.

These peace marches have been happening in Europe for many years now. Sometimes they go from one country to another, and other times they walk within their own country. The marchers carry banners and signs with messages like "No to war!" or "Peace for everyone!"

The people who go on these peace marches believe that there are better ways to solve problems and disagreements than fighting. They think that talking and listening are important, as well as understanding and helping each other. They want everyone to be happy and safe, and to work together to make the world a better place.

So, when you see people walking together with signs for peace, know that they are doing it to spread kindness and love, and to show that there can be a better way than violence.
