European Union regulation

The European Union (EU) is an organization made up of countries in Europe. The EU makes laws that all countries in the EU have to follow. These laws are called regulations and they cover a wide range of things like how much pollution factories are allowed to produce or how much money banks can lend. They help make sure that everyone has the same rights and protections, regardless of which country you live in.
