European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre

The European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) is an organisation which monitors and records earthquakes around the world. They use special instruments to detect when an earthquake happens and measure how strong it is. They then put this information on their website so that people can see where and when earthquakes happen, and be aware of safety risks. The EMSC also issues alerts and advisories to help people prepare for earthquakes.
