Evaluation (workplace)

Evaluation in the workplace is when your boss or someone in a higher position looks at how well you are doing your job. They talk to you about how well you work and if there are any areas where you might be able to improve. They also give you a score or grade for your performance. This helps your boss make sure you are doing your best and that you are meeting the expectations of your job. Evaluation can also help you see where you need to work harder and what skills you can continue to develop to be successful.
