Job analysis

Job analysis is like taking a look at a puzzle to figure out what each piece does. A job is like a puzzle, but instead of pieces, it has different tasks or things that need to be done. So, when grown-ups do job analysis, they examine each task involved in a job, like how to put together a puzzle piece. They look at what the job requires you to do, what skills and knowledge you need, and what kind of person would be good for the job, like what kind of puzzle piece would fit well in the puzzle. By figuring out all of these things, grown-ups can understand a job better and then help people find the right job for them.
