Evil maid attack

An evil maid attack is when someone who is not supposed to have access to your computer goes into a room where you keep it, and does something to it without you knowing. For example, if your laptop is in a hotel room and someone cleans the room, they might take the laptop and install malicious software (like a virus) on it. That malicious software would then be able to do things like steal your passwords and private information.
