Existentialism Is a Humanism

Existentialism is a philosophy that says that life is what we make of it. It doesn't have specific rules or beliefs - it's up to each person to decide what they believe and what they do with their life. People who believe in existentialism think that everyone has the freedom to make their own choices and create their own meaning in life. Existentialism is a Humanism is the idea that humans have the power to shape their own lives and shape the world around them, instead of conforming to what society tells them they should be. We all have the choice to be who we want to be and to do what we want to do as long as it doesn't hurt anyone or society.
