ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Expanded Cinema

Expanded cinema is when filmmakers take traditional cinema (movies on a screen) and expand it to different places and formats, like turning a whole building into a projected movie theater or using a combination of sound and moving images. Because it's expanded, it lets you experience cinema in a completely new and exciting way. For example, you might watch the same movie on the wall of a building, and with different sound effects and lights, the experience feels totally different.
