Exploding whale

Once upon a time, a long time ago, there was a big, big whale that got stuck on the beach. The whale was so big that the people didn't know what to do with it. They tried pushing and pulling the whale, but it was just too heavy!

Then, some smart people came up with an idea to help the whale go away. They decided to blow it up with dynamite. This would make the whale's body break into smaller pieces so it could easily be cleaned up and taken away.

So the people went out and got a bunch of dynamite, which is something that goes BOOM!, and put it all over the whale. They lit the fuse and then everyone stood back and watched.

But something went wrong! Instead of the whale blowing up into neat, tiny pieces, it exploded like a giant balloon! Bits and pieces of whale meat and blubber went flying everywhere! It was a huge, stinky mess!

The people were very surprised and didn't know what to do. They had a lot of cleaning up to do and they smelled really bad for a long time!

Even though the people were trying to help the whale, sometimes things don't go according to plan. And that, my dear little friend, is the story of the exploding whale. The end!
