Extrinsic fraud

Alright kiddo, let's talk about something called extrinsic fraud. Have you ever played a game and someone cheated by changing the rules and not telling you? That's kind of like what extrinsic fraud is.

Extrinsic fraud is when someone tricks or deceives you in order to make you do something you wouldn't have done if you knew the truth. For example, let's say someone lies to you about the price of a toy you really want. They tell you it costs $1 when it really costs $10. You give them the $1 and they take your money and run away. That person used extrinsic fraud to steal from you.

Extrinsic fraud is unfair and not allowed in the law. If someone uses extrinsic fraud to get something from you, you can go to a judge and ask them to make things right. It's important to be honest and fair in everything we do, and extrinsic fraud goes against that.
