FUTON bias

Futon bias is a term used to describe how people view things differently, depending on how familiar they are with them. For instance, if you are used to sleeping on a traditional bed, you may have a bias toward traditional beds compared to a futon, which is like a couch that folds out into a bed. Futons might be seen as uncomfortable or not as nice as a traditional bed, but that is because of the bias.
