Facade

A facade is like the front of a house. It's the face that people see when they look at the house from the street. Just like houses have facades, buildings, organizations and systems sometimes also have facades. The facade is the way people think of the building, organization or system. It might show people that it is nice and friendly or it might show people that it is scary and dangerous. It all depends on what you want the facade to say.
