Facilitation (business)

Facilitation (business) is when someone helps a group of people work together to make decisions, or reach a goal or agreement. The facilitator helps everyone understand each other and work together, making sure everyone is heard and respected. This can be really helpful for people who have different ideas or opinions, so they can all be discussed in a productive way. The facilitator also makes sure that everyone stays on track and focused so that their time together is used effectively.
