Playing cards are thin pieces of cardboard with pictures on them. They come in many different sizes and shapes. Each card has a different picture on it. The most common kind of cards are those used in a game called Poker. Each card has a suit and a value. The suits are Hearts, Diamonds, Clubs, and Spades. The values are from Ace (the highest value) to King (the second highest value) and then from 2 (the lowest value) to 10 (the second lowest value). Poker is a game where you try to get the best hand (the combination of five cards with the highest value) by combining your own cards with the cards that are dealt to everyone else at the table.
