False vacuum

A false vacuum is a hypothetical kind of energy that exists in an empty space. However, it's not a vacuum like the kind you may think of in your house - it's more like an invisible force. It might look empty and feel empty, but there’s actually energy there. If a space has a false vacuum, it can actually still be doing things, just in a different way than we usually think of energy. The energy of the false vacuum could cause particles and atoms to behave differently than they normally would, which could cause some strange things to happen in the universe.
