Family of Gautama Buddha

So, once upon a time, there was a man named Siddhartha Gautama who became the Buddha. But before he became the Buddha, he had a family. His family was like his mom, dad, wife, and son. But one day, he left his family to go on a journey to find a way to end human suffering.

But even though he left his family, they were still really important to him. His dad was a king and he wanted to make sure his son never had to suffer, so he kept him inside the palace walls. But when Siddhartha saw the suffering of the people outside the walls, he realized he needed to leave and find a way to help them.

His wife was named Yasodhara and she was very important to him. She loved him and supported him, but when he decided to leave, she was very sad. His son's name was Rahula and he was just a baby when Siddhartha left. Siddhartha felt really sad leaving them, but he knew he had to do what he could to help people not suffer.

So even though Siddhartha left his family, they were still a really important part of his life and he loved them very much.
