Federation Council of Russia

Have you ever played with blocks? Imagine you have a big pile of blocks and you want to make something really cool. But you can't do it alone, you need some friends to help you. That's kind of like what the Federation Council of Russia is.

You see, Russia is a really big country with lots of different parts, kind of like different blocks. Some of these blocks are called regions, like states in America. But just like we need friends to help us build something with our blocks, Russia needs some help to make decisions that will affect all of these regions.

Enter the Federation Council. This is a group of people who represent all of the different regions in Russia. They come together to talk about big decisions, like what laws should be made, or how money should be spent. Each region gets to send two people to be part of the council, kind of like sending two of your best block-building buddies to help you.

The Federation Council has a lot of important jobs to do. They help make laws and make sure everyone in Russia is treated fairly. They also work with the Russian president to make sure the country is running smoothly. But most importantly, they work together like a team to build something great for all of Russia's people, just like how we work together with friends to build something awesome with our blocks.
