ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Feedforward control

Feedforward control is a type of computer technology that helps control a process or system. It works by taking information from sensors and using it to predict what will happen in the future. It then sends commands out to the right systems to make sure the process or system is running smoothly. Think of it like a car cruise control. It takes information from the car's speedometer to predict your speed. It then sends commands out to your car's engine to help you maintain a certain speed. The same principle is used in feedforward control.
