Feminism (international relations)

Feminism in international relations is like when you play with your friends and they don't let you join in the game because you're a girl. But you know that you can do things just as well as the boys can! Feminism is about making sure that girls and women are treated the same as boys and men all around the world, especially when it comes to things like how countries talk to each other and make agreements.

Just like how you might ask your friends to let you play, feminists ask politicians and leaders to include women in important decisions that affect all people. They also want to make sure that women are safe and free to make choices about their own life. For example, a feminist in international relations might ask why there are more male leaders than female leaders, or why women are often not included in peace talks or decision-making processes.

Feminism is about making sure that girls and women are seen as equals and that they have the same opportunities as boys and men. It's important because everyone should have the same chance to be happy, healthy, and successful, no matter who they are.
