Fiber bundle

Hey there kiddo! Do you know what a bundle is? It's when you take a bunch of stuff and wrap it up together so it's easier to carry. Well, a fiber bundle is kind of like that, but with strings or tubes called fibers.

You can imagine a fiber bundle like this: imagine you have a group of friends all holding hands and walking together. Each person's hand is like a fiber. And as they walk, their arms move around and make different shapes. But even though their arms move, they're all still holding hands and staying together.

In a fiber bundle, the fibers are like the friends' hands, and they are all wrapped up in a bigger structure called a base space. Just like the friends can move their arms around, the fibers can twist and bend too.

Just like how we use a bundle to carry things, we can use a fiber bundle to study and understand how things are connected. Scientists use fiber bundles to study things like waves in the ocean or the way that electric currents move through wires.

So, in short, a fiber bundle is a bunch of strings or tubes wrapped up together in a bigger structure, used to study how things are connected and moving. I hope that makes sense!
