Fidgeting

Hey there kiddo! Do you ever feel like you just can't stop moving around and you always have to be doing something with your hands or feet? That's called fidgeting!

When we fidget, we move our bodies in small ways to help us feel more calm and focused. It's kind of like when we wiggle in our chair or tap our feet, it can actually help us concentrate better on something like homework or listening to a teacher.

Some people fidget more than others, and that's okay! Fidgeting can be done in lots of different ways, like spinning a pen, bouncing a ball, or even just wriggling your toes. It's all about finding what works for you and helps you to stay focused and calm.

So don't worry if you're a fidgeter, it's totally normal and can be helpful too! Just make sure you're not bothering others with your movements, and keep on fidgeting if it helps you feel more comfortable and focused.
