Firefighter's helmet

A firefighter's helmet is designed to protect a firefighter's head and face from heat, flames, and other hazardous objects while they are doing their job. The helmet usually has a face shield that covers the firefighter's face to protect their eyes, nose, and mouth. The helmet also usually has a chin strap to keep the helmet on the firefighter's head even if the firefighter climbs or falls. The outside of the helmet is typically made of metal or plastic and has reflective materials on it so other firefighters and emergency personnel can easily spot the firefighter in a smoke-filled or dark environment.
