Hate is an angry feeling that you have towards someone or something. It can make us act in ways that are unkind to others or that hurt their feelings. It can also make us say nasty things to people or think bad thoughts about them. Sometimes, people have a harder time understanding why they hate something and focus on the bad parts of that thing, instead of the good ones.
