Fluency heuristic

The fluency heuristic is a way that people make decisions by how easy something is for them to think about. People use this heuristic when making decisions about things that have a lot of details or information. For example, if you were trying to decide what to eat for dinner, you might use the fluency heuristic by thinking about or remembering the foods that are easiest for you to remember or think about. Those foods might be the ones that you choose.
