Focused information criterion

Focused Information Criterion (FIC) is a way of evaluating the performance of different models or systems. It tries to measure how much useful information is contained in the data or model. FIC looks at all the different pieces of the data, or all the different parts of the model, and then figures out which pieces give the biggest amount of useful information. That way it can make sure that the model or system works as well as possible.
