Food drunk is a feeling of being really tired and sleepy after eating too much food. Imagine you went to a party and ate too much cake, pizza and ice cream, you may feel so full that your tummy hurts and you just want to lay down and close your eyes. This feeling can happen because your body has to use a lot of energy to digest all the food you ate. So, just like you feel sleepy after doing a lot of running around and playing, you can also feel food drunk when you eat too much food.
