Forced Arbitration Injustice Repeal Act

You know how sometimes you might get into a disagreement with someone, like over sharing toys or who gets to choose the TV show? Well, sometimes grown-ups (like people who work at companies or other big organizations) also have disagreements.

But sometimes, these grown-ups agree that if they have a disagreement, they won't go to a judge or a court to solve it. Instead, they agree that they'll have to use something called "forced arbitration." This is when they have to talk to a special person (who is not a judge) who will listen to both sides and decide who is right.

The Forced Arbitration Injustice Repeal Act is a law that some people want to pass to stop this kind of agreement from happening. They think that sometimes, the grown-ups who agree to forced arbitration can't really choose if they want to do it or not. They might need to agree if they want a job, or if they want to buy something like a phone or a car.

The people who want to pass this law think that everyone should be able to choose if they want to use forced arbitration, or if they want to go to a judge or court to solve a disagreement. They think that no one should be forced to use it if they don't want to, and that everyone should have a fair and equal chance to solve a disagreement.
