ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Foreign corporation

A foreign corporation is like a company from a different country than the one you live in. Just like how different people have different names and languages, different countries have different laws and ways of doing business. When a company from another country wants to do business in your country, they have to follow certain rules and regulations set by your government. This includes registering with the government and paying taxes like any other business. They might have different products or services than the ones you're used to, but they're still trying to make money and be successful just like any other business.
