Foreskin is a little piece of skin that covers the top of someone's pee-pee. It's kind of like a turtleneck for the pee-pee. Some people have it, and some people don't. When a baby boy is born, he has foreskin covering his pee-pee. As he grows up, his body changes, and he might decide to keep it or have it removed. Sometimes doctors remove it if it causes problems, or if someone's family or religion thinks it's better without it. But it's a personal choice, and everyone is different.
