ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Four-day workweek

A four-day workweek means that instead of working five days a week, you work four days per week, like Monday to Thursday, or Tuesday to Friday. On the fourth day, you get the day off. This means that you still do the same amount of work, but it's spread out over four days instead of five. It can give you more time to rest and relax, as well as spend time with your family and friends!
