Four-dimensionalism

Four-dimensionalism is a philosophical idea that says that things exist in four different dimensions. This means that things exist in the three dimensions that we can see (length, width and height), plus a fourth dimension which is time. By thinking of things in four dimensions, we can better understand how things might change over time and how they interact with one another. For example, if we look at a tree, we can understand how the tree grows over time by thinking of it in four dimensions.
