France Antarctique
France Antarctique was a place a long time ago when the French people went to explore the land called South America. They found a special part of it called Brazil (which was not called Brazil back then). The French people wanted to live there and explore the area. They even built a little town!
The people who were there before the French people, who were called the Tupinamba people, were not very happy about this. They did not want the French people to take their land. They even fought with the French people because of this.
Eventually, the French people decided they could not stay in this place anymore because it was too hard to keep trying to live and explore there. They went back to France and France Antarctique was no longer a place.
