Free the nipple

"Free the nipple" means that some people want to be able to go outside without wearing a shirt, just like boys can. They want to be able to show their bare chest in public without getting in trouble. Some people think that it's not fair that boys can do this but girls can't. They believe that everyone should have the same rights and be allowed to be comfortable in their own skin. So, they're calling for laws to change and allow everyone the freedom to show their bare chest in public.
