Breastfeeding in public

Breastfeeding in public is simply a mom feeding her baby with her breast in a place outside her home. Some people feel that it's not polite for moms to breastfeed anywhere other than in their own homes or in the place that they feel is private. But others feel that moms should be allowed to feed their babies wherever it's necessary without feeling ashamed, embarrassed or judged.

In other words, when a baby is hungry, mothers can use their breast to feed them. Sometimes moms can't stay inside their homes all the time to breastfeed their babies, so they have to feed them in other places outside their homes. This is perfectly okay and normal. Nonetheless, some people don't like to see that. They assume that breastfeeding in public is gross.

But breastfeeding is nothing to be ashamed of. Moms are just trying to make sure their babies are full and satisfied. Wherever moms go, they should be allowed to feed their babies without fear of embarrassment, scorn or shame. It is important for everyone to understand that breastfeeding is natural, healthy and must be respected no matter where it takes place.
