Free will in theology

Free will in theology is a way to describe how God interacts with humans. In some religions, like Christianity, people are thought to be able to make choices and decisions without any outside influences. This means that God gives people the freedom to decide what they want to do, just like how you can choose what clothes to wear or what food to eat. It is believed that God will still love us no matter what choice we make, because free will is a gift given to us from God.
