Freeborn

Have you ever heard the word "freeborn"? It means being born without any ties or obligations to someone else. Let's say you have a brother who always gets to choose what game you play or what TV show to watch. He may be older and stronger than you, but you are freeborn because you have the right to decide for yourself.

In the past, many people were not freeborn because they were born into slavery or servitude. This meant they had to do whatever their owners or masters asked of them. They couldn't choose who they wanted to marry or where they wanted to live. They had no say in their own lives.

However, today, thanks to laws and movements, most people are freeborn. This means we are allowed to decide for ourselves and pursue our own happiness. We have the freedom to choose our own religion, job, and political beliefs. It's a very important right that we should cherish and protect.
