ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Freight forwarder

A freight forwarder is like a delivery person for businesses. They pick up shipments from businesses and make sure that they get where they need to go. The freight forwarder might pick up packages from a factory and then sort them into trucks and airplanes so they can be shipped to the final destination. It's a lot like a delivery person but instead of delivering packages to someone's home, they are delivering packages to places where businesses are located.
