French curve

Hey there little buddy! Do you know what a curve is? It's like a line, but it's not straight. Now, imagine you want to make a curve on a piece of paper, but you don't know how to draw it perfectly. That's where a French Curve comes in!

A French Curve is a special tool that helps you draw smooth and curvy lines. It's made of plastic or metal and it looks a bit like a weird-shaped ruler. You can use it for drawing all sorts of curvy shapes, like circles, ovals, or even weird and wavy lines.

When you want to use the French Curve, you place it on your piece of paper and move it around until you find the part of the curve that matches the shape you want to draw. Then, you trace along the edge of the French Curve with a pencil, and voila! You have a perfect, smooth curve.

French Curves are really handy for artists, architects, designers or anyone who needs to draw smooth, curvy lines. And now you know what it is and how to use it, too!
